While celebrating the successes of Polish sportspersons at the Olympics in Rio, we are also pleased to mention the recent successes of Warsaw’s secondary school students at international school contests which took place during the summer holidays.

Krzysztof Choszczyk from the 27th Tadeusz Czacki General Secondary School in Warsaw won the silver medal at the International Language Contest in Mysuru, India. Adam Klukowski from the 14th Stanisław Staszic General Secondary School in Warsaw won the gold medal in the recently ended 48th Chemistry Contest in Tbilisi, Georgia (with participants from 75 countries). Aleksandra Janowska from the 14th Stanisław Staszic General Secondary School in Warsaw was awarded the silver medal in the 27th International Biology Contest in Hanoi, India.

Counting on further successes of Polish and Warsaw’s students, we are awaiting the results of the International Information Techology Contest in Kazan and the Geography Contest in Beijing.
