One hundred thousand people had the occasion to watch the Saturday Verva Street Racing live. Warsaw had never had an event like that before, so the viewers really enjoyed the race.

The super fast cars, that can normally be only seen on TV, were driving on the streets around the National Theatre, near-by Pilsudski Square and Theatre Square.

The cars racing in Porsche Supercup, WTCC, Le Mans, Formula One or Formula Three, looked very original at the background of downtown buildings in Warsaw.

August, 21st was a real treat for all fans of motor sports – thanks to Verva Street Racing, Warsaw citizens had a chance to see the fastest cars in the world in the center of their city.

Verva Street Racing is not only racing but also a show of Formula One cars, cars and motors from the Dakar Rally, Porsche sport cars, BMW, Lamborghini, Ferrari and the cars that are prepared to drift. The racetrack was a loop with a length of 2.3 km, which consisted of nine turns. Such a noise of squealing tires Warsaw had never heard before.
